Cancellation Policy

At By Charise Hair Studio, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every client, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking your appointment: • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be canceled at no penalty. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • No Call/No Shows will result in a 100% service fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
